Join our dynamic Language Specialist Talent Pool, where we’re building a team of highly skilled individuals with a technical edge beyond traditional native speakers. We’re looking for English speakers with proven language proficiency and a strong educational background in areas like linguistics, languages, journalism, copywriting, proofreading, and editing.


Scope & Responsibilities:

  • Engage in tasks related to analytical problem-solving, demonstrating a detail-oriented approach with a customer-friendly and compassionate style.
  • Utilize your language skills for content creation, editing, and proofreading in various projects.
  • Candidates with customer service experience are preferred, and those who have worked on AI-driven projects or possess knowledge in this domain will be highly valued.

Job requirements

Required Qualifications:

  •  English speaker with proven language skills.
  • Experience in AI field, specifically in LLM.
  • Relevant educational background such as university degree in languages, linguistics, journalism, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a customer-friendly and compassionate approach.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus.
