Location Survey Specialist

LXT is an emerging leader in AI training data to power intelligent technology for global organizations. In partnership with an international network of contributors, LXT collects and annotates data across multiple modalities with the speed, scale and agility required by the enterprise.

We are seeking a detail oriented and tech savvy Location Survey Specialist to work on our project. In this role, you will be responsible for visiting various locations, dropping pins in mapping software, and recording specific details about each site.

Responsibilities:

• Visit assigned locations using your own vehicle.
• Record precise longitude and latitude coordinates for each location.
• Ensure all data is accurately recorded and submitted in a timely manner.
• Use mapping software on your smartphone to drop pins accurately. 

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Basic understanding of GPS coordinates.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 

Work Conditions:

• This is a field-based project requiring frequent travel.
• Physical activity may include walking, standing, and driving for extended periods.
